What does early access mean?
You get full access to the platform at a reduced rate. The price you lock in today stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active, even after we raise prices.
What happens to my price after early access ends?
Nothing changes for you. Your early access rate is locked in permanently as long as you remain subscribed. New users who sign up after early access will pay the standard price.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is completely free with no payment information required. You only enter billing details if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your projects and data stay safe. You move to a read-only state until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Invoices are generated automatically with each payment via our billing provider, Paddle. You can add your company name, address, and VAT number to your billing details.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your projects are yours. We do not use customer data to train models or share it with third parties.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union, fully compliant with GDPR. We do not share project data with third parties.
